TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Set out below are the terms on which Brompton Aesthetics Ltd provides services to its clients.
Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments or procedures at Brompton Aesthetics Ltd.
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL PATIENTS
1.1 These terms and conditions form the basis of the agreement between you (the patient) and us (the clinic).
1.2 Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy carefully. You are encouraged to ask us any questions before proceeding.
1.3 By registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. - CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC (WHEN APPLICABLE)
We continue to monitor official guidance on coronavirus and review our protocols accordingly. For up-to-date information, please refer to the official UK government website.If your treatment course is affected due to pandemic-related issues, please speak with the clinic manager to discuss your options. We aim to support you in completing your treatment course safely, even if delays occur. - APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
3.1 Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be retained.
3.2 We do not guarantee appointment availability with a specific date, time, or practitioner unless confirmed by booking.
3.3 If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your appointment. In such cases, it will be treated as a missed appointment and your deposit may be retained.
3.4 Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
3.5 Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
3.6 In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement), we may waive cancellation charges at our discretion.
3.7 We may cancel an appointment due to staff unavailability or events beyond our control. In such cases, you will be refunded any pre-payment made. We do not reimburse related costs (e.g. travel, accommodation).
3.8 Delays may occur due to clinical needs. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes, you may reschedule without penalty. - FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Payment is due upon completion of services, in accordance with our current price list.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit card (including Amex)
- Cash
- Gift voucher
- Bank transfer
4.3 Prices may change without notice. However, if prices increase between booking and treatment, the original price will apply.
4.4 We do not store credit card information.
- GIFT VOUCHERS
5.1 Gift vouchers can be purchased online.
5.2 Vouchers are valid for the time period stated on them.
5.3 Vouchers are redeemable against treatments only, not for cash.
5.4 Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser or named recipient. - ELIGIBILITY FOR TREATMENT
6.1 Treatment will not be provided if it is deemed unsuitable or unlikely to succeed.
6.2 Patients must be at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be required.
6.3 Certain treatments will not be offered to those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have medical contraindications.
6.4 We will not undertake treatment in breach of any applicable law or professional regulation. - TREATMENT COURSES
7.1 Courses must be paid in full before or at the time of the first treatment.
7.2 All treatments, excluding laser hair removal, must be used within 12 months.
7.3 Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7.4 If you cannot complete a course due to a severe or terminal medical condition, we will refund the unused portion. This is calculated by deducting the full single-session price of treatments used or forfeited from the total paid.
7.5 No refunds are provided for expected or rare side effects, including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, blistering, or pigmentation changes.
7.6 Course pricing reflects a discount. Single sessions are charged at full price. - BOTULINUM TOXIN REVIEW
8.1 A review may be offered 2–3 weeks post-treatment. If clinically required, a complimentary top-up may be administered.
8.2 Complimentary top-ups are only valid within the 2–3 week review window. - DERMAL FILLER
9.1 Top-up treatments are chargeable. - VALUE PACKS
10.1 Value packs are non-refundable but may be exchanged for other treatments. - CHILDREN
11.1 Children under 16 are not permitted on-site unless supervised by an accompanying adult.
11.2 Children are not allowed in treatment rooms. If no adult is available to supervise them, your appointment will be cancelled and fees may be forfeited. - MOBILE PHONES
Please keep phones silenced while in the clinic. Unauthorised photography or video recording is prohibited. We may request deletion of such content. - REFUNDS
13.1 Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Fees are charged for time, expertise, and consumables used, regardless of outcome.
13.2 Additional costs may arise for managing complications. Private medical insurance may not cover aesthetic procedures. - PRODUCT REFUNDS
14.1 Products are non-refundable unless faulty.
14.2 Faulty items must be returned within 15 days for assessment before a refund can be issued. - CLINICAL RISK
15.1 While every effort is made to ensure safety, all procedures carry inherent risks.
15.2 Risks will be discussed during consultation and outlined in documentation.
15.3 In urgent cases, you may be required to attend another location to see our chief medical officer.
15.4 Complications will be managed where possible. If external care is needed, this will be arranged via the NHS or privately at your own cost. - EQUIPMENT SAFETY
If equipment is not functioning safely, we may reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding. - RECORD KEEPING
17.1 You must provide accurate contact and medical information.
17.2 You must update your records at each visit.
17.3 A consent form must be signed before any treatment. You can withdraw consent at any time.
17.4 We maintain records in accordance with applicable standards.
17.5 You may request a copy of your records. Under UK GDPR, we may charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repeat requests.
17.6 Failure to disclose relevant medical information releases us from liability for issues arising from such omissions. - MENTAL HEALTH
18.1 Aesthetic treatment is not a substitute for psychological care.
18.2 Please disclose any history of emotional distress, anxiety, or mental health conditions.
18.3 Psychological benefits vary and are not guaranteed. - DATA PROTECTION
19.1 We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy is available upon request or on our website.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
20.2 You are responsible for disclosing relevant health details. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from non-disclosure.
20.3 You agree to follow all aftercare instructions. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence. - FEEDBACK
We value your feedback. Please share comments with us directly, online, or via social media. - COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide excellent care. If you are dissatisfied, please speak with the clinic manager. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request. - CHANGES TO TERMS
We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is available on our website. - NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. - SEVERANCE
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect. - GOVERNING LAW
26.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
26.2 Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
27.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us.
27.2 Each party acknowledges that no reliance is placed on representations not set out in these Terms. - THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms do not confer rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. - SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT
29.1 If you provide written consent, we may use your image, name, and likeness for promotional purposes across digital and print media. No image or video will be used without your signed consent.
